Robert Buljević is the Director of Technical Support at Veracomp, where he manages the sales support team. He has gone from support to presales engineers and has many years of experience in sales, implementation processes, and support for enterprise IT solutions, especially in the field of network and application content security (antimalware, antispam, dlp, etc.).

Oleg Maštruko is Editor in Chief and columnist for Croatian IT business magazine and website Mreža, executive producer of Mreža Smart Day events, conference director for business conferences and events. He published nine books on diverse topics from IT to photography and travel and took part in six online travelogue projects.
