Information support within the company is a juncture of the soft world of interpersonal relations and the sharply defined world of numbers and logical rules. At Adacta we are aware that a solid implementation of ERP solutions is not merely a technical problem. Often organizational needs are required as well as changes in the mindset of all the participants. In addition to professional skills the re-engineering of business processes also requires managerial, communications and motivation skills.
Due to their enthusiasm (the average age among team members is 28) and directness our consultants are able to tackle various obstacles as well as the initial resistance to changes. Implementation team is interdisciplinary as the 14 members of the Slovenian part include 5 university graduates in the field of economics who have also been gaining expertise at graduate studies in Slovenia and abroad as well as educational courses of the Slovenian Institute of Auditors.
We perceive our work as a constant challenge, whereby in cooperation with our clients we can only become better and more efficient. We aim to foster long-term relations with our business partners and to support them throughout the life cycle of their information solutions.
